Our Inspiration Gallery is here, and we'd love for you to be part of it!

Cardmaking is at the heart of what we do at Waffle Flower. Besides sharing your own creations, you can explore projects from our talented Design Team and fellow cardmakers. It's a place to discover fresh ideas for products you already own and find inspiration for your next card!

And if you've used our products to make something other than a card, we'd love to see that too! Just select "Non-card" as your project type when uploading.

Sharing Your Projects

Before you start, be sure to complete your Mini Profile! Your Display Name will be used to automatically generate the watermark on your project photos, so choose a name you'd like others to see.

Once you're logged in, visit the Inspiration Gallery and click the Upload button in the top-right corner.

The upload process is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. Upload Photos: Share up to five photos of your project. We recommend a vertical 4:5 aspect ratio (2160 × 2700 px), the same format commonly used for Instagram posts, for the best display. Square photos work too, but the watermark will appear on your thumbnails.

2. Tag Supplies & Share Tips: Select the Waffle Flower products you used, add your ink and cardstock colors, special materials, and any techniques or tips you'd like to share.

3. Preview & Submit: Preview your watermark and review your project details before submitting. Once submitted, your project will appear in your own Gallery right away. Our team will review it before publishing it to the public Inspiration Gallery. You can still make changes while it's awaiting approval!

For cardstock, we've used generic color names so you can select colors regardless of the brand you use. For inks, we've used Distress Ink colors as a reference. Even if you don't use Distress Inks, just pick the closest color to what you used!

A Little Note About Products, Photos & Project Info

Since this is the Waffle Flower Inspiration Gallery, we ask that the stamps, dies, and stencils featured in your projects be from Waffle Flower. Our products should be the main focus, but basic supporting supplies from your stash are welcome!

For project photos, we'd love to keep the focus on your beautiful cards! No branded props are required. To avoid confusion, please keep logos from other stamp, die, and stencil companies out of your photos.

For your Designer Tips, please focus on techniques and the creative process without mentioning brand names, including Waffle Flower. The Waffle Flower products used in your project will already be listed separately.

Finding Your Style

When uploading, you'll be asked to choose an occasion and a style that best describes your project. These details help fellow cardmakers find ideas that match their interests.

We've included five main project styles to help everyone explore the Gallery:

• Postage Collage: When in doubt, as long as your card features products from our Postage Collage collection, you can choose Postage Collage as your style. We love seeing how you dress up your postage panels and use individual designs to create your own collages!

• Bold & Graphic: Think strong color combinations, bold shapes, and eye-catching typography. These cards often use contrast, clean lines, and a strong focal point to make a statement. They can be colorful or monochromatic!

• Clean & Simple: Less is more! These cards typically use minimal products and techniques, with plenty of white space (which doesn't have to be white!). A simple stamped image or sentiment can be all you need.

• Fun & Cute: Think playful critters, sweet characters, and happy color combinations! Bright colors, rainbows, and little scenes that make you smile are all right at home in this style.

• Shabby Chic: Soft, vintage-inspired designs with lots of layers and texture. Think distressed edges, inked backgrounds, lace, ribbons, and delicate floral details. These cards often have a romantic, well-loved feel.

Not quite fitting into one of these styles? That's what the Other category is for! Whether your project mixes several styles or has a look all its own, you're welcome to choose Other.

Not sure which style to choose? Just pick the one that feels closest to your project. There's no right or wrong answer!

Browsing by style is also a fun way to discover new ideas. You might even find a different look to try on your next card!

Explore, Save & Get Inspired!

When you find a project you love in the Inspiration Gallery, click the bookmark icon to save it for later. You can even create your own folders to organize your saved projects and keep your favorite ideas handy!

Projects with the most saves are shown first in the "Project Ideas" section on product pages, so your saves also help fellow cardmakers discover ideas you love!

You can also copy a direct link to any project to share with family and friends, or click the Print button for a handy checklist of supplies and Designer Tips to keep for your next project! If you'd like to use someone else's project photos or information elsewhere, please get permission from the original creator first.

There's so much more to explore in the Inspiration Gallery, with lots of handy features for you to discover! We're continuing to make improvements and look forward to bringing you even more useful features along the way!

We'll also be regularly featuring cardmakers from our Gallery, sharing their stories and creative projects. We hope the Gallery will become a place where talented cardmakers can be discovered and celebrated!
