Waffle Flower Inspiration Gallery Guidelines

Our Inspiration Gallery is a place for fellow cardmakers to share ideas, discover, and inspire one another using Waffle Flower products. We love seeing your creativity! To keep the Gallery focused and helpful, please follow these guidelines when sharing your projects.

Products & Supplies

• Waffle Flower products should be the main focus of your project.

• We ask that the stamps, dies, and stencils featured in your projects be from Waffle Flower.

• Basic supporting designs from your stash, such as a simple rectangle die or subtle background stamp or stencil, are fine. However, if another company's stamp, die, or stencil is essential to recreating your project, it may not be the best fit for this Gallery.
  

Project Photos

• Please use clear, well-lit photos with your project in focus. We want fellow cardmakers to enjoy all the details!

• Photo props are welcome, but not required. We'd love to keep the focus on your beautiful cards!

• To avoid confusion, please keep logos from other stamp, die, and stencil companies out of your photos, even if you're showing their inks or other supplies. Products from specialty supply brands, such as Ranger and Tsukineko, are welcome as photo props.

• Please do not add your own watermarks, logos, or computer-generated text to your photos. A watermark will be automatically generated using the Display Name you choose in your Mini Profile.

Designer Tips & Project Details

• We'd love for you to share your creative process, techniques, and helpful tips!

• Please keep brand names out of your Designer Tips, including Waffle Flower. The Waffle Flower products used in your project will already be listed separately.

• If you'd like to include detailed instructions, you can describe supporting supplies without naming brands, such as "background stencil from my stash" or "blue pigment ink."

• Please keep project photos and descriptions free of affiliate codes, social media links, promotional messages, and outside advertising. You'll be credited by your Display Name alongside your project.

Project Review & Publishing

• Your submitted projects will appear in your own Gallery right away.

• Before a project is published publicly, you can edit its details, replace photos, or delete it.

• All projects are reviewed by Waffle Flower before appearing in the public Inspiration Gallery.

• Waffle Flower may make minor edits to project titles, descriptions, tags, and other details for clarity, consistency, or to meet our Gallery Guidelines. We won't change the meaning of your Designer Tips or creative instructions.

• Once published, only limited information can be edited. You can still hide or delete your project at any time.

• Waffle Flower may choose not to publish or may remove projects that don't meet these guidelines.

• Waffle Flower reserves the right to update these guidelines at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.

Sharing Your Creations

By submitting a project, you confirm that you own the photos and content you share and give Waffle Flower Crafts permission to use, reproduce, display, and distribute them in connection with the Inspiration Gallery, including promotions for the Gallery.

You also allow Gallery visitors to print project pages containing your photos and tips for personal use only. Commercial use is not permitted.

You retain ownership of your original photos and content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
