Galina applied distress ink on a card panel, cut out a rectangle frame, turned it and attached it back onto the card panel. She then stamped and colored with Copic markers the Tulips image. Natalia Copic colored the floral images from the Tulips Stamp Set. The background is a blended panel with ink splatters covered with grey cardstock oval frame cut out with the Nesting Ovals Die.
